Position Description: RN - Charge Nurse The RN - Charge Nurse is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills. Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team. Is responsible for developing self and team members and sharing organizational information The Charge Nurse performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse Why BayCare? Requirements
- Registered Nurse license
- BLS
- 2 years RN acute care experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
