The company is expanding and seeking licensed LVNs to provide outstanding patient care and physical support to patients and residents daily in their Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).

Requirements

• Valid and up to date Nursing license
• Passion for helping others
• Patience needed to assist difficult patients or family members
• Balances empathy and professional care without compromising either

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures
• Administer and document medication to residents in an accurate and timely manner
• Observe residents for effectiveness of drug therapy and adverse effects
• Document resident progress notes as required
• Promptly report changes in residents' condition to DON
• Attend staff meetings, interdisciplinary team meetings, rehab meetings, in-service classes and committee meetings as assigned
