HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE Charge Nurse Position Summary The Charge Nurse is responsible for leading and supporting nursing staff in the delivery of high-quality, safe, and compliant patient care. This role includes clinical mentorship, documentation oversight, and coordination of staff assignments based on patient needs. Demonstrates leadership capabilities and a commitment to nursing excellence. Experience in clinical teaching and quality improvement is strongly preferred. Experience: Minimum of two years in a rehabilitative or acute care setting, with demonstrated leadership ability. License: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse. Certifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required; Child and Adult Abuse Certification required; CRRN preferred. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program
  • Minimum of two years in a rehabilitative or acute care setting, with demonstrated leadership ability
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required
  • Child and Adult Abuse Certification required

Nice To Haves

  • BSN preferred
