This role requires a proactive, hands-on leader who promotes efficiency, fosters interdisciplinary collaboration, and upholds exceptional patient care standards. The Charge Nurse supports daily operations, manages clinical staff, collaborates with physicians and senior leadership, and occasionally provides direct patient care as needed.
