About The Position
RN - Charge Nurse | Med/Surg Oncology Winter Haven Hospital - Winter Haven, FL Full Time | Night Shift (6:45 AM - 7:15 PM) | Every Other Weekend “We dedicate our lives to caring for yours.” BayCare Health System is seeking an experienced RN - Charge Nurse to join the Medical/Surgical Oncology unit at Winter Haven Hospital. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about oncology care, patient advocacy, and team development. Position Overview The RN Charge Nurse provides clinical and operational leadership for the unit, serving as a role model, preceptor, and clinical resource while ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for oncology patients. Requirements
- Active Florida RN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- CMS Vaccine Requirement: Yes

- Prior charge or leadership experience
- Oncology experience or specialty certification
