RN Charge Nurse Full-Time NOC Shift 12 Hour Shifts
About The Position
Linwood Meadows Care Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Charge Nurse for the NOC shift. The ideal candidate will be a strong clinical leader who is passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents and supporting our nursing team. Requirements
- Current California RN license in good standing
- Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and assessment skills
- Compassionate and resident-centered approach
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate nursing care during the NOC shift
- Supervise CNAs and LVNs to ensure quality resident care
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and assess resident conditions and communicate changes promptly
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and state and federal regulations
- Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive care environment
