How you’ll contribute The Charge Nurse is responsible for leading and supporting nursing staff in the delivery of high-quality, safe, and compliant patient care. This role includes clinical mentorship, documentation oversight, and coordination of staff assignments based on patient needs.
Requirements
- Applicants should have a current state RN license and have graduated of an accredited registered nurse program
- Minimum of two years in a rehabilitative or acute care setting, with demonstrated leadership ability.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required
- Child and Adult Abuse Certification required

Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting nursing staff in the delivery of high-quality, safe, and compliant patient care.
