Requirements

Current RN license in New Jersey.
Strong leadership skills, including time management, organization, prioritization, and effective written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise nursing staff and manage staffing for call-offs and on-call needs.
Organize and oversee the shift operations, including admissions and discharges.
Coordinate pre-certifications and ongoing preparation for surveys.
Provide new hire orientation and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers.
Guide subordinates in client care and effectively resolve client or staff issues.
Communicate client and staff issues with the Nursing Supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned.
