Department/Unit Summary Join our team in a 34-bed Telemetry unit, located on the 4th floor, where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of RNs, LPNs, CMAs, CNAs and Monitor Techs. With a 1:5 to 1:6 nurse to patient ratio, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. This position utilizes advanced monitoring technology to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure optimal outcomes for our diverse patient population. How you'll contribute You'll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing. Requirements
- current state RN license
- associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
- BLS certification is required within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS is required within six months of hire.
- Med Surg/Telemetry experience required
