About The Position

We are opening our Memory Care Center for long-term senior care and are in search of knowledgeable staff with the heart to help us provide this much needed care. We are growing our team and adding Amazing Healthcare Professionals. What we need to get there is a motivated Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse who wants to be part of a great team and to be committed to growing her/his talents under the guidance of a supportive DON, knowledgeable ADON, and great clinical staff. You care about serving your residents. We cannot teach that—either you have it or you do not. But, if you have that trait, then you can change the world one resident at a time! You are a team player and want to work with other team players. Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you. Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident. Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives! Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems. Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc. We’d love to meet you! Requirements

• Must have a current RN or LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing

Responsibilities
