About The Position

The Charge Nurse (RN or LPN) provides leadership and supervision to nursing staff while delivering high-quality, resident-centered care in a small-home model skilled nursing/long-term care setting (focused on personalized, home-like care) serving veterans.

Requirements

• Active Oregon RN or LPN license (OSBN)
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehab preferred
• Leadership or charge nurse experience a plus
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff during shift
• Coordinate resident care and ensure quality standards are met
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
