UC Health is hiring a Charge Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiac/Neuro Med Surg unit at West Chester Hospital. The Cardiac/Neuro Med Surg Charge Nurse will support West Chester Hospital's 36-bed 1st Floor Med Surg Unit, at our Level III Trauma Center, delivering high-quality care to patients based on assessed needs, established standards of care and according to policy and procedures. The Charge Nurse is the person who reaches out for the appropriate resources to respond to care needs in the unit. situation to situation and patient to patient.
