About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY The Charge Nurse will provide direct patient care as well as supervise staff on the psychiatric unit. They will serve as a resource and a mentor to staff. Promote a culture of safety and identify areas for improvement. This person will have strong communication skills and instill a team approach and EAMC values.
Requirements
- Associates degree in nursing or equivalent
- Registered Nursing license
- BLS and CPI within 90 days of hire
Nice To Haves
- Bachelors in Nursing or equivalent
- Experience in psychiatry
- Recent hospital experience preferred
Responsibilities
