About The Position

We are looking for exceptional people to provide extraordinary care as a Charge Nurse in our OR. The person in this role will be split time between Lincoln Surgical Hospital and Nebraska Surgery Center.

Requirements

• State of Nebraska RN license and BLS required
• ACLS required within 90 days of employment
• Previous experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day clinical operations of the Operating Room
• Facilitation of surgical case flow
• Providing direct patient care
• Ensuring patient satisfaction and high quality clinical outcomes
• Staff management
• Scheduling
• Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures
