About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Charge Nurse LVN or RN to join our team. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care. This is a full-time position with on-demand pay, offering flexibility and competitive compensation.

Requirements

• Active LVN or RN license
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
• BLS/CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the nursing staff, ensuring that all patient care is delivered in accordance with established standards and protocols
• Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document patient progress, and communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice
