Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the nursing care for residents during your assigned shift. Assign duties to CNAs and monitor their performance. Administer medications, treatments, and provide direct resident care in accordance with physician orders. Participate in interdisciplinary care planning, assessments, and evaluations. Communicate changes in residents’ conditions to the care team, families, and physicians. Ensure compliance with care standards, safety protocols, and documentation requirements. Participate in survey readiness, training programs, and policy implementation. Act as a mentor to staff, providing feedback and on-the-floor coaching when needed. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Pennsylvania. Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care preferred. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
