Requirements
- Minimum One year of nursing experience required
- State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License or Graduate Nurse License required
- Minimum ADN preparation with expectation of BSN completion within 5 years of hire
- BLS, ACLS
Responsibilities
- Supervise clinical operations and patient flow to ensure safe, timely, and effective care.
- Support staff performance, accountability, and adherence to standards of practice.
- Promote exceptional patient experiences and a safe, high‑quality care environment.
- Provide real‑time problem solving, communication, and leadership across the unit.
- Deliver direct patient care when needed to support department operations.
