About The Position
Seeking Charge Nurse for Cardiovascular Unit! Full Time, Nights (7p-7a - Every 3rd weekend rotation) The Cardiovascular Unit at Baptist Health Louisville provides intermediate care to cardiac surgery patients immediately following open-heart recovery. Our RN's deliver exceptional care throughout the post-operative phase until discharge, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and comfort. We are currently seeking a Charge Nurse for the night shift, 7p - 7a. This entry-level management position is responsible for coordinating patient care during designated shifts and providing leadership to the unit’s nursing staff. The Charge Nurse plays a vital role in maintaining smooth operations, supporting clinical excellence, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Bonus Eligible for Qualified Candidates
Requirements
- Active Kentucky RN license
- 6 Months relevant patient care experience required
- BCLS Required within 90 days
- ACLS Required within 6 months
