Revenue Integrity & Compliance: Manage charge master activities and utilized coding expertise to ensure billing accuracy, resolving inconsistencies to maintain strict regulatory compliance. Strategic Reimbursement: Partner with managed care and clinical staff to accurately code billable items, securing critical documentation to maximize organizational reimbursement. Process Optimization: Analyze system reports and software edits to drive departmental revisions, streamlining the revenue cycle and increasing overall billing efficiency. Revenue Cycle Leadership: Spearhead audits and educational initiatives for case management on payer changes and appeals, directly improving collection efforts and reducing denials. Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required

Nice To Haves

  • CPC preferred
  • Ortho clinic coding/charge capture experience a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
