About The Position

Responsible for providing coaching and resources to Chapter Presidents (High Alphas), driving fraternal initiatives to collegiate stakeholders, and monitoring the health and operations of undergraduate chapters to ensure long-term success.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university required.
Knowledge of fraternity/sorority life and Chapter operations.
Experience working with Microsoft Office and Zoom.

Nice To Haves

One year of fraternity/sorority advising is preferred, but recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Develop a detailed understanding of the High Alpha’s role, and the training available to support that role.
Proactively mentor a designated number of Chapters.
Assist in the development and execution of the Chapter President’s annual plan.
Develop a deep understanding of all learning available within the Lambda Chi Academy.
Deliver online training sessions for Leading Teams, a specialized program in Lambda Chi Academy for High Alphas.
Assess assignments for Leadership Ready and Leading Teams.
Serve as the first line of communication for a designated number of Chapters.
Reactively respond to inquiries.
Record Chapter meetings and outcomes on Salesforce.
Ensure the wider Learning Outcomes team is kept fully up to date on the latest developments within Chapters.
Build a strong understanding of the various resources and assistance provided in Officer Hubs.
Proactively identify opportunities to promote Chapter activities.
Support and represent the OOA during events and offsite visits.
