As the Critical Infrastructure Management – Chapter Engineer OT Hosting – CIM Site Champion, you will offer specialized expertise and carry out site-specific activities and services to present manufacturing applications to shopfloor users. You will provide feedback to the Service Management of the Chapter and serve as a local partner for operations and project deliveries. You will also serve as a CIM Site Champion, as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all CIM matters at the site level. You will take ownership of the site's partnership with the local site business as part of site DD&T.   • Operate CIM Hosting Infrastructure Services on GMSGQ sites, following global CIM standards and procedures
  • Represent the CIM Hosting team at site with higher scoped role in all time zones and regions collaborating with local and global teams
  • Partner within DD&T and CIM chapters to support defining/evolving standards and site level deliveries
  • Hold interfacing service providers accountable withing the service operations processes
  • Run continuous monitoring and improvement
  • Build & upgrade OT Hosting environments
  • Maintain the CIM OT Hosting inventory in CMDB
  • Provides consulting and support for site specific and global projects
  • Operates and runs the Incident Resolution and Change/Problem Management activities mainly related to OT Hosting, and support on Incident Resolution and Change/Problem Management for the other chapter in collaboration
  • Work in a global, 24x7, and follow-the-sun organization once platforms are standardized and enable new ways of working
  • Provide input about lessons learned and suggest improvements across all CIM chapters
  • Proven knowledge of networks, especially in the area of OT production and laboratory environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration with focus manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent experience required
  • 5 years' experience in Stakeholder Management
  • Background in IT Service Management and Service Delivery
  • IT/OT experience in providing services to a Manufacturing and/or Laboratory environment, ideally 10 years' experience in OT domain, and knowledge about Industrial Control Systems
