Under the supervision of the CHI Health at Home agency Director, the Hospice Chaplain is responsible for providing spiritual/bereavement care and counseling to Hospice patients, families, staff and volunteers. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies or related field
• Current driver's license
• Current auto insurance
• BLS-CPR

Responsibilities

• Documents assessment, planning and coordination of spiritual care of the patient/family:
