About The Position

The primary purpose of your job position is to provide spiritual, religious and personal counseling or guidance to residents, family members, and employees, in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as may be directed by the administrator, to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times. Also responsible for assisting with bereavement services for our patients and families. Legacy Health Services provides a complete continuum of care that includes skilled nursing, assisted living, rehabilitation services, long-term care and affiliates that provide full-time nurse practitioners and hospice. Requirements

• Must be a licensed or degreed minister.
• Must have, as a minimum, 1 years experience in a pastoral ministry.
• Familiar with health care practices and procedures.

Nice To Haves

• Hospice experience preferred but not required.
