About The Position
Multiple Schedules: Every Sunday through Wednesday Every Wednesday through Saturday Responsible, supportive work providing spiritual and emotional care to patients, families and staff of Swedish Health Services. The staff chaplain also acts as liaison between patients/families and community clergy. Providence Swedish caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Requirements
- Coursework/Training: Completion of 4 units of CPE
- Within 3 years of hire National Chaplain Certification
- 3 years in ministry with one (1) year in a medical setting
Nice To Haves
- Master's Degree: In Divinity or equivalent degree
- Previous experience using an electronic medical record
