About The Position
A PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) Chaplain at Trinity Health provides specialized spiritual care to elderly participants, their families, and staff. The role involves addressing spiritual distress, facilitating end-of-life care, and working within an interdisciplinary team to support the holistic needs of participants. This position will support LIFE St. Mary in Feasterville-Trevose, PA. This position will include both work in the facilities as well as occasional home care visits.
