About The Position
A chaplain at Mosaic Life Care Medical Center provides spiritual support to patients, loved ones and fellow caregivers. The chaplain provides spiritual care interventions for patients and their loved ones to alleviate suffering. The chaplain represents the value of spiritual care in the overall care of our patients and is a resource to area religious organizations. Chaplaincy is represented in ethics, organ and tissue donation, and palliative care. The chaplain facilitates the involvement of religious leaders in their care of their members when they are receiving medical care at Mosaic Life Care Medical Center. Chaplaincy services are accessible throughout Mosaic Life Care Medical Center at all times. Mosaic Life Care is a health care system in northwest Missouri.
