The Chaplain Team Supervisor is responsible for the provision of spiritual care services and supervision of the chaplaincy team at a particular clinical group, a site, and a hospital at BSMH. The Supervisor coordinates scheduling of shifts, addresses staffing needs, and oversees the daily operation of the chaplaincy team. As a clinical chaplain, the Supervisor provides direct patient care and collaborates with other chaplains in addressing the spiritual care needs of patients, families, and staff. As an integral member of the multidisciplinary team, the Supervisor provides spiritual care and emotional support within the context of illness, crisis, loss, and death.
