Requirements

• Ecclesiastical Endorsement is Required.
• Catholic Priest chaplains must have Faculty for Sacraments from the Local Ordinary of the Roman Catholic Diocese/Archdiocese.
• 400 hours, 1 Unit, of Clinical Pastoral Education is required.
• Bachelors - Theology Related
• Continuing Education Hours - Clinical Pastoral

• Masters - Theology Related

Responsibilities

• Provide services for the pastoral/spiritual needs and education of patients, families, team members.
• Knowledgeable in the areas of theology, spirituality, and pastoral care.
• Perform pastoral care functions as needed to support the spiritual and emotional health and well-being of those served.
