About The Position

As a Channel Success Manager specializing in Accounting & Bookkeeping at Pinch, you are responsible for driving the post-onboarding success of our accounting advisor channel. Your role involves converting advisors into referrers and advocates through enablement, trust-building, and community integration strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in channel management, particularly in Accounting & Bookkeeping sectors.
  • Strong understanding of advisor enablement strategies and community building techniques.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to establish trust and rapport with advisors.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to convert advisors into active advocates of Fiserv solutions.
  • Collaborative approach to working with diverse stakeholders and driving channel success.
  • Familiarity with accounting and bookkeeping practices and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the post-onboarding success of the accounting advisor channel, ensuring sustained growth and engagement.
  • Convert advisors into active referrers and advocates through tailored enablement programs and trust-building initiatives.
  • Develop and implement enablement programs that equip advisors with the knowledge and tools to effectively refer and advocate for Fiserv solutions.
