Channel Sales Manager As a Channel Sales Manager , you will develop new and maintain/build existing relationships with Channel Partners, interacting with internal Metronet support teams to enable partners to distribute Metronet services effectively. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year College, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Candidate will be highly motivated, organized, and self-driven with a minimum of 3-5 years of indirect telecom sales experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Proven work experience in a similar role
  • Willingness to work as a team and independently.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills are essential
  • Ability to travel as needed to support territory
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales quota and sales goals
  • Effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • New Channel Partner Acquisition: Identify Channel Partner candidates, develop relationships through cold calling, and other prospecting methods.
  • Partner Training: Convey Metronet’s Value Proposition; Review Product, Pricing and Procedures; Demonstrate Metronet’s on-line tools and resources
  • Support and manage the efforts of external agents involved in the sale of Metronet services
  • Develop strong relationships with our current channel partners to bring added awareness to the Metronet brand
  • Provide proposals and presentations, assist agents in managing their customers and prospects
  • Coordinate regular outreach to current agent base to promote training programs
  • Document lessons learned and implement new best practices
  • Other job-related duties as requested
