About The Position

Join IP Fabric, a pioneering force in network automation, as a Senior Channel Sales Manager. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to build the partner network from the ground up, significantly impacting our growing business in the U.S. As a post-Series B company, we are rapidly expanding across Europe and the U.S., and we are looking for someone with a strong network of existing partnerships to help mature our partner network quickly. Our channel strategy focuses on value-added resellers (VARs) and regional partners, with a goal of generating 35% of new business revenue through channels by the end of 2025. In this position, you will lead the development and execution of channel sales strategies aimed at driving revenue growth. This includes launching new services and building revenue streams with partners. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners, particularly those with a proven track record of innovation and growth. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with partners and internal marketing teams to design and implement joint marketing and sales programs. Additionally, you will proactively identify and address any blockers or inefficiencies in the channel sales process, taking a hands-on approach to find solutions. You will partner with the U.S. Account Executive team and sales leadership to leverage the partner ecosystem, expanding the reach of current opportunities and increasing conversion rates. Since our Account Executive team operates in a channel-first motion, all deals must be taken to a partner, and you will be expected to help grow reach within partner sales teams to uncover new opportunities. Furthermore, you will own the regional partner event and campaign plan from design to execution, ensuring alignment with company objectives and reporting on outcomes achieved. Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regional sales leadership, account owners, and technical teams, will be crucial to driving partner engagement and success. You will also work closely with internal teams, particularly marketing and product, to align channel sales efforts with overall company strategy and messaging, while staying informed about industry trends and competition.
