About The Position

The Channel Sales Executive is responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth. They identify, recruit, and onboard new partners, provide training and support, and collaborate with marketing to create effective sales strategies. Ultimately, their goal is to maximize sales opportunities through the channel networks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent mandatory.
  • University/college degree preferred.
  • CRP preferred.
  • Work experience in global mobility sales would be a plus but ultimately looking for sales aptitude.
  • Experience selling to GPOs or similar association sales executive experience a must.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and channel management principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements with partners.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to train and support partners effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues with channel partners.

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new channel partners.
  • Tracking and evaluating the performance of channel partners, identifying areas for improvement, and providing support.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with channel partners.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Generating sales forecasts and reports to track progress and identify potential issues.
  • Creating and implementing strategies to increase sales through the channel.
  • Identifying and onboarding new channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Providing partners with the necessary training, resources, and support to effectively sell the company's products or services.
  • Working with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure alignment and effective execution of channel strategies.
