Just as importantly, the Channel Program Success Manager connects program strategy to platform strategy, aligning client objectives to the capabilities of the Channel Fusion platform and shaping how workflows, reporting, automation, and user experiences are configured to support scalable execution. Working cross-functionally with internal teams, this role strengthens partner experience, improves operational efficiency, and helps brands scale channel programs that deliver real business impact.
