monday.com is seeking a Channel Partner Manager to join our North America team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, activating, and supporting partners who drive revenue through both inbound and outbound activities. We view our Channel Partner Managers as full-stack consultants who play a crucial role in helping our partners grow their business with monday.com. You will take charge of your region's strategy and execution, as this is a quota-carrying position. Your responsibilities will include identifying and recruiting potential channel partners using a data-driven approach, tracking, reporting, and optimizing partner performance across their sales, marketing, and consulting functions. Additionally, you will assist partners in developing and executing outbound strategies that generate new leads with verticalized solutions. Collaboration with the monday.com sales and customer success organizations will be essential to accelerate deals by addressing potential knowledge, product, and service gaps with partner offerings.
