The Role The Channel Operations Specialist role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for GoGuardian’s channel business. You’ll manage transactional and process-driven tasks such as PO processing, deal registration, and partner data maintenance, while also providing operational insight to improve workflows and scalability. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales Ops, Finance, and partner teams to streamline processes, maintain high-quality data, and support the execution of GoGuardian’s partner programs.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or channel support.
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM, with demonstrated experience in reporting and data management.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Passion for enabling sales growth by creating operational excellence.
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone and work things out
