Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree engineering, technology, science, marketing, logistics, business or relevant field. required
  • 4+ years of professional experience required
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and MRO customers

Responsibilities

  • Implement the category strategy and lead the execution of assortment changes, build the customer experience (organization, filter, product tables), and coordinate gathering and creation of content (product information, images, and complementary materials.
  • Help teams understand the strategy and prioritize work and keep teams accountable to completion of their tasks
  • Become an expert in Grainger's internal proprietary tools that power Grainger.com.
  • Challenge the status quo, promote change, navigate uncertainty and identify opportunities to accelerate growth and expand market share.
  • Use large amounts of data in ways that facilitate decision-making.
