Position can be based in Milwaukee, WI or Kohler, WI Specific Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of channel marketing strategies that drive growth while overseeing and supporting the channel team. Support partner onboarding with tools, training, and enablement resources. Collaborate with demand generation teams on campaigns and MDF management. Own key KPIs and analyze performance to optimize partner success. Monitor competitive trends and share insights that shape strategy. Lead partner communications and ensure strong brand alignment. Manage tradeshow and partner event activities. Partner cross‑functionally with sales, product marketing, and operations. People leader of channel team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; MBA a plus.
  • 8–10 years in channel or product marketing with measurable impact.
  • Budget or P&L experience (3+ years).
  • Leadership or coaching experience.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • High ownership, creativity, and results‑driven mindset.
  • Travel Up to ~25%, depending on role.
