About the position

Dimensional 360 is a suite of services available to an elite community of financial professionals who work with our firm. Our support begins with investments, including leading research and how to use Dimensional strategies. Beyond investments, Dimensional 360 extends across multiple aspects of a financial professional's business to enhance and scale their value-added services, better serve clients, and profitably grow their business. Reporting to the Head of Channel Marketing, the Dimensional 360 Marketing Director will be responsible for partnering with our Global Client Services team in designing, developing, executing, and marketing a full array of resources tailored to financial professionals across the three essential areas of investment solutions, client communication, and business strategy. The goal is to help those professionals build more successful businesses through education, coaching, and a full array of resources tailored to their firm's needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a Dimensional 360 marketing strategy that supports Dimensional's objectives and offers comprehensive solutions to financial professionals
  • Contribute to the messaging of Dimensional 360 and the positioning of it as a differentiator for the firm that is aligned with growth
  • Establish clear and measurable goals and reporting for Dimensional 360 while dynamically adjusting the program based on the analytics and results
  • Serve as a dedicated consultant and resource for the Global Client Services leadership, and be the primary point of contact for marketing requests related to Dimensional 360
  • Devise campaign concepts, key deliverables, promotion plans, and analytics
  • Lead internal and external promotion of Dimensional 360 marketing initiatives
  • Establish strong and collaborative relationships with the broader Marketing team to ensure all Dimensional 360 initiatives are aligned, consistent, and well-executed
  • Develop, manage, and lead a high-performing team over time, including building bench strength and providing opportunities for professional development and growth
  • Identify new and emerging marketing tools, services, and software to innovate and further the Dimensional 360 marketing strategy
  • Stay abreast of competitive intelligence and marketplace opportunities and challenges, including monitoring and benchmarking industry developments
  • Measure and continually seek to enhance the effectiveness of our Dimensional 360 marketing strategy

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience in the financial services industry, working with senior executives in a global business environment
  • Experience running large-scale successful marketing campaigns, including lead responsibility for messaging, positioning, and reporting
  • Past experience with an asset management firm, broker dealer, large RIA, or annuity company preferred
  • Past experience with practice management and benchmarking a huge plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build trust and influence, and to collaborate effectively with and across teams to achieve the best results
  • Adept at juggling numerous projects and managing multiple stakeholders while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong leadership skills, including developing and managing high performing teams and collaborating with and across teams to achieve the best results
  • Proactive with proven track record of implementing complex marketing strategies
  • Ability to analyze metrics and present information in a meaningful way
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field preferred
