Assured Data Protection is looking for a driven, organized, and energetic Channel Marketing Coordinator to support our growing partner ecosystem across North America and LATAM. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career marketer (0–2 years of experience, including internships) who wants hands-on exposure to channel strategy, demand generation, events, and campaign execution. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience OR internships absolutely count!
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear communicator (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects
  • Curious, proactive, and solutions-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • Bonus if you’ve worked with CRM systems (like Hubspot), marketing automation platforms (Zift1), or event tools — but not required

Responsibilities

  • Help execute co-marketing campaigns with MSPs, VARs, and strategic partners
  • Support onboarding of new partners with marketing toolkits and enablement materials
  • Coordinate co-branded assets, emails, webinars, and digital promotions
  • Track partner campaign performance and engagement
  • Assist in launching multi-touch B2B campaigns
  • Track results (MQLs, registrations, sourced pipeline) and help build reports
  • Support email deployments, list uploads, and campaign logistics
  • Keep marketing calendars and project timelines organized and on track
  • Work closely with Channel Managers, Sales, and Marketing leadership
  • Learn how marketing drives revenue in a channel-first business
