About The Position

AireSpring is seeking a Channel Manager to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, the Channel Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through external sales agents, focusing on selling AireSpring's data and voice products to businesses. The successful candidate will recruit new and productive Sales Agents/Channel Partners and attend sales calls with these agents to present and assist in closing opportunities with end-users. It is essential for the Channel Manager to ensure that agents are well-educated and knowledgeable about AireSpring's products, processes, and procedures. Additionally, the Channel Manager will work closely with agents to ensure thorough order submission in accordance with AireSpring's requirements. The Channel Manager will lead solution development efforts that best address the needs of agents and their customers while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel. Performance measures for this role include achieving assigned sales quotas, meeting expectations for agent retention, maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings, and proactively seeking out new opportunities.
