You’ll get to: Coordinate strategic marketing activities to achieve operating plans for the business; you’ll have overall responsibility for the profitability, promotion, pricing, merchandising and new product plans for HTAS within all HTAS customer channels Work with Commercial, Product, Brand, Supply Chain and Finance teams to develop strategic growth initiatives, including product, online merchandising, and promotion strategies Present new products, merchandising, and promotional strategies and successfully execute market communication plans and new product launches Analyze and track POS, inventory, market share, and competitive landscapes; track program/promotional effectiveness and develop and execute changes and improvements, as required Work closely with the Sales and Finance teams to manage listings, maximizing sales and profitability via mix management, promotional opportunities, and pricing actions Make sound business decisions to drive top and bottom lines, driven by a holistic understanding of the channel P&L The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
