About The Position

The Channel Manager - Ecommerce and DIY is responsible for developing and executing the channel marketing strategy to drive significant growth in sales. This role requires collaboration across various departments, including Product Management, Sales, Marketing Communications, and Finance, to create innovative promotions and strategies that enhance the Healthy Air System for Ecommerce and DIY partners. The position involves analyzing market trends, managing budgets, and ensuring alignment with company goals to achieve best-in-class product launches and sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Owns the Channel strategy to accelerate sales through Amazon, Home Depot, E-tailers, and The E-store
  • Responsible for the alignment of Product Management, Sales, and Finance on Channel Strategy
  • Partner with Product Management to align on expectations, timelines, and strategy for the commercialization of current and new products
  • Collaborate with the Channel Sales Manager to uncover new marketing strategies, promotions, and product opportunities
  • Align with marketing communications team on marketing and advertising assets that drive the Healthy Air System messaging
  • Develop, present, and execute key New Product commercial strategies and tactical initiatives
  • Analyze sales reports and market feedback to identify key issues, trends, and opportunities
  • Own active industry-related membership seats as directed
  • Act as the go-to point of contact for stakeholders regarding best channel practices
  • Monitor competitor programs and channel activity to recommend modifications
  • Assess the effectiveness of initiatives through firsthand knowledge of sales execution
  • Attend trade shows and coordinate events, providing input on trade advertising
  • Develop and manage approved channel-specific budgets
  • Collect, develop, and analyze sales reports and market feedback
  • Implement, monitor, and track the effectiveness of executed marketing strategies
  • Present and document sales and gross margin performance based on executed strategies
  • Work with Finance team to achieve gross margin expectations
