About The Position

We are looking for someone to build and manage our 45Drives Professional Division that sell 45Drives storage and virtualization systems. Instead of selling directly to every customer ourselves, we work with IT service providers (MSPs), infrastructure resellers, and system integrators who recommend and sell our solutions to their clients. Your job is to identify these partners, build strong relationships with them, and help them successfully sell 45Drives products. This role focuses on partner development rather than direct cold selling to end customers. If you enjoy building business relationships, opening new markets, and growing revenue through collaboration, this role could be a great fit. Your day-to-day work will focus on growing and supporting a partner network across the United States. You will: • Identify MSPs, resellers, and IT companies who could sell 45Drives solutions • Reach out to potential partners and introduce them to our products and partner program • Onboard new partners and help them understand our technology and solutions • Maintain relationships with partners and support them as they develop opportunities • Work with partners to move deals forward and help them close sales • Track partner activity, pipeline, and expected revenue • Help partners overcome technical or sales challenges during the sales process • Collaborate with the internal 45Drives team to ensure partners have the support they need Success in this role means growing the number of active partners and increasing partner-driven revenue. The Types of Partners You’ll Work With • Managed Service Providers (MSPs) supporting enterprise IT environments • IT infrastructure resellers specializing in storage, servers, and networking • System integrators building infrastructure for research institutions, media production companies, and enterprise data environments

Requirements

  • You enjoy building relationships and creating new business opportunities, and you’re comfortable reaching out to new companies, starting conversations, and helping partners succeed.
  • You likely have 1–5+ years of experience in sales, partner development, channel sales, or IT infrastructure sales, with experience working with MSPs, resellers, or IT partners considered an asset.
  • This role is best suited for someone who enjoys developing long-term business relationships and growing networks of partners who generate ongoing sales, rather than focusing on short transactional deals.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, the ability to stay organized while managing partner pipelines and opportunities, and a self-driven approach to growing new markets will help you succeed in this role.
