The Channel Enablement Specialist strengthens the performance of Rockwell Automation's Market Access partners by developing high-impact commercial enablement for Authorized Distributors. This role will enhance distributor capability, support growth initiatives, and simplify complex concepts into guidance that drives Lifecycle Services (LCS) adoption and above-plan commercial performance. Operating within a highly matrixed environment, this role partners closely with various stakeholders including Territory Business Leaders, Sales, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Delivery, Customer Success, and distributors. The goal of this partnership is to ensure the channel is equipped to effectively position, sell, and grow the LCS business.
