About The Position

In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing customer relationships and driving sales growth within your assigned customer base. You'll analyze sales trends, identify opportunities for growth, and communicate effectively with various internal teams. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work remotely with strong self-discipline and time management.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and effective communication with customers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Must reside in the Central or Mountain Time Zone or willing to adjust working hours.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing accounts to achieve sales goals.
  • Prospect for new sales opportunities through various communication channels.
  • Follow up on open quotes to build relationships and win opportunities.
  • Utilize Power BI tools to analyze sales trends and identify opportunities.
  • Serve as a conduit between customers and Operations Team members.
  • Oversee responses to customer orders and quotation requests.
  • Communicate marketing and training initiatives to secure customer investment.
  • Train customers on system tools and serve as account administrator.
  • Support Customer Service Management Team with escalated customer issues.
  • Conduct voice of the customer (VOC) interviews to understand customer needs.
