The Channel Development Lead will report to the Director, Sales Support You will lead the development and execution of channel strategies and initiatives that drive improved stars outcomes across the enterprise. You will need significant experience in the healthcare industry, with a proven record of managing high-impact, complex programs that contribute to star ratings performance. You are adept at cross-functional collaboration, program delivery, and executive communication. You must be able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic healthcare environment. Role Description: Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of channel initiatives that support measurable improvements in stars outcomes, including but not limited to complaints to Medicare, member engagement, and quality improvement programs. Oversee a portfolio of complex, enterprise-level projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, implement best practices, and drive operational effectiveness related to stars performance. Deliver executive-level presentations and reports, synthesizing program progress, challenges, and recommendations for senior leadership. Serve as a subject matter expert in stars, channel development, and program management, offering guidance and mentorship to colleagues and business partners.
