Join our Channel Performance Team as a Go-to-Market Execution Designer (Channel Delivery Analyst) and help us create actionable strategies that empower our field partners and drive meaningful behavior change with agents. In this role, you will leverage your project management skills and deep understanding of agent and field realities to develop prescriptive action plans and engaging resources to help agents and field partners understand, prepare for, and embrace change. You'll collaborate closely with other Go-to-Market teams, Agency Learning and Product Line partners to ensure engaging and seamless delivery of new initiatives. Your agility and adaptability will be essential as you balance multiple (and at times shifting) timelines and priorities, all while keeping the focus on quality. We believe in the power of feedback and data. You'll continuously review performance metrics to iterate and enhance our strategies, ensuring that our solutions resonate and achieve sustained adoption with field audiences. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 3+ years' experience in a communication, change management, project management, or business analyst-type role.
  • Experience developing communication or change management strategies.
  • Ability to influence others to successfully execute business strategies.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with agent offices.
  • Experience in Financial Services, Life/Health, and IPS (Investment Planning Services).
