About The Position

As a member of the Regional Channel team, you will collaborate with Zoom’s top partners in Arizona. You will advocate the innovative power of the Zoom platform to help partners understand where their customer organizations can be more productive, collaborative and mobile. All this to meet the changing demands of their industry. The Zoom sales team is a dynamic force driving the company's success. With a focus on delivering cutting-edge communication solutions for clients across all sectors, the team passionately engages with clients worldwide. Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence. Thus ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a Channel Role
  • Strong experience in resell and distribution
  • Able to work with channel partner models, partner program management, and partner development in SaaS industry, UCaaS/CCaaS
  • Able to showcase experience with AI / RPO
  • Extensive background and proven track record in the distribution and reseller industry
  • Able to conduct forecasting, pipeline generating activities and sales discipline to help drive the business growth
  • Able to effectively utilize CRM and ERP systems
  • Able to influence people and align remote teams to achieve agreed goals and objectives
  • Able to demonstrate exceptional time management skills and knowledge of strategic and operational planning techniques

Responsibilities

  • Enabling the Zoom partners to sell the Zoom platform solutions to new and existing customers.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at these partners.
  • Collaborating with account managers, technical architects, and other team members to develop and execute strategies for achieving sales goals.
  • Aligning with the Zoom Sales Leaders to ensure the channel partners are providing value to help grow their business.
  • Conducting product demonstrations and presentations for customers, both in person and virtually
  • Developing standardized methodologies for partner sales motions that remove friction across the sales cycle, build trust, and ensure partner success with Zoom technology.
  • Forecasting, tracking key account metrics and identifying trends.
  • Demonstrating exceptional customer service consistently
  • Able to be in Region 4-5 days per week with Partners
