THE JOB The Dome by Rutter Mills is seeking a Changeover Staff Member to keep our venue show ready and create an incredible fan experience. This hands-on role is crucial to our daily and event-day operations.
Requirements
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/issues at one time effectively, with an upbeat attitude
- Prioritization of duties and effective communication skills
- Able to handle manual labor

Responsibilities
- Changeover the venue by setting and striking chairs, resetting the concourses and entry, and installing and breaking down temporary fencing.
- Assist in the setup and tear down of 100% of the venue's assets for all events - Chairs, tables, tents, signage, etc.
- Perform regular preventive and general maintenance around the site, buildings, including painting, cleaning, and misc. projects.
- Perform basic plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools in performing duties.
- Operate equipment such as pressure washers and forklifts.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Diagnose safety issues around the site, help prevent potential safety hazards.
- Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
