The position involves assisting with the conversion of the Arena for various functions such as basketball games, concerts, theater performances, meetings, and other events. The employee will follow the directions of supervisors to set up and break down stages, seating, tables, ramps, and other necessary equipment. Additional responsibilities include fixing seats, cleaning the grounds, snow removal, and performing light cleaning and housekeeping duties as assigned. The employee must adhere to all safety precautions and emergency procedures established at the facility and report any safety or damage concerns to the Manager.
